Keep on your boat!

The first day of NbW after our cruise, yet already two reports concerning problems on the towpaths, and now another two more attacks.

The latest two attacks were on the towpath of the Worcester & Birmingham Canal in Worcester, where two people had to swim to safety after being pushed into a canal by a gang of three men in separate attacks, Alan Tilbury tells us.

Same gang

The gang first attacked a man on the towpath who was pushed into the canal, but managed to get to the other side away from this attackers. The second incident was seemingly the same gang who attacked another man walking the towpath, first assaulting him then pushing him into the canal.  This time two of the gang were pulled in with him.

The members of the gang were all in their early 20's.
