by the stoppage at Lock We'd like to let you know following an inspection carried out this morning by our team, we have identified the damage and the repairs required to the gate paddle and rod. We are now making arrangements for our engineers to carry out the necessary repairs as soon as possible.
We truly appreciate your patience and understanding while we work to restore the paddle to full operation as quickly as we can.
We will update this notice as soon as further information becomes available.
Please be advised that the lock is currently not operational due to damage to the towpath side gate paddle and rod.
