It is not a wonder my local waterway is requiring attention.
However it is a 'remainder' canal and as such the responsibility lies both with Somerset Council and Cart.
Emergency funding situation
Somerset has declared an emergency funding situation of late.
I will not get into a debate as to where the priorities of the council and Cart lie but I guess it will not be a priority spending area.
