Foresight to retain
The photo shows the CaRT equipment stacked in Bulbourne Yard which has been converted to housing, but it looks like Canal & River Trust had the foresight to retain the ability to use the yard for such purposes, as Howard's photograph shows.
The yard was sold by the trust for housing.
The road bridge at Bulbourne has taken a hit by road traffic and cordoned off, with the road and canal traffic unaffected.
