Changing the wide beam notices

NOTICES concerning wide beam boats on the Oxford are coming fast and furious.

This appears to be as those at the Canal & River Trust keep changing their minds concerning wide beams on the narrow Oxford Canal.

Third notice

This is at least the third notice regarding wide beams on the North Oxford, Mark Tizzard writes.

The first said two weeks notice of transit must be given.  The second said one weeks notice of transit must be given.

This latest one effectively says just call us if you are too busy to give us notice.

Come on CaRT think this though— which is it?
