Email: Macclesfield moorings

I feel that I must respond to the email suggesting the new moorings at Macclesfield should not be extended to 72 hours but reduced to four hours.

 

The Other half, her who should be obeyed, says that as there is nowhere else to moor in Macclesfield they need to be at least 24 hours preferably.

48 hours shopping trip and tourism. It is quite a trek from town to the moorings and four hours is not enough for shopping and a regenerative meal in town before heading back up the hill.

Also we do like to have a stroll round towns we stop at. So no four hour moorings in Macclesfield.
