Fenny Compton Marina sold

AS WAS already reported here, Fenny Compton Marina was expected to go under the hammer.

This was at an on-line auction on Thursday this week, 8th February, Roger Fox reports.

Sold ahead of auction price

He telling there had been considerable interest in the 87 berths marina on six acres of land and it has been sold ahead of the estimated auction price to an un-named buyer for over £1m.

It comes complete with a three bedroomed bungalow, various outbuilding and facilities.

Its facilities include offices, stores, chandlery dry dock, two workshops, office and toilets.
