THE cat is fully out of the bag now. CaRT wants everyone in marinas, bar none, writes Martin Brooks.
No more on-line moorings, no more end of garden. Everyone packed in like sardines in a can, and only coming out for two weeks a year. The marina owners can then charge what they like and make a fortune, minus, of course, a substantial rake off to CaRT, funding directors salaries and huge bonuses!Protection racket
This is nothing more than a protection racket, prominent Mafiosi have been jailed for similar activities!
Does this look like the actions of a charity to you? No, of course not!
That's because CaRT is not a charity, and never has been. It is a privatisation by the back door. The privatisation we have all been dreading.
