Email: What will they do?

I don't know if this has been said before, but if CaRT do not renew the licences of these people that don't obey the rules (in CaRT's eyes), what are they going to do?

Oh well, I'll just remove my boat from the canals ....Yeah right.

What they will probably do is just remove their boat number, remove or mask the name and carry on.

Then CaRT can spend more money trying to prove who these people and boats with no name or number really are.

CaRT will be several thousands of pounds out of pocket. If those people do it and get away with it, I'm sure more will try it.
