Email: Give 'em a windlass

Oh great. You have just slogged up Bosley Locks on a hot mid-summer day (okay, I'm a glass half-full person).

You are tired, sweaty and having backed into the bay to access the sani station slightly p'eed off, then you are greeted by some grinning person (CaRT take a leaf out of Asda's book) extolling the virtues of the Macc.

Better idea. Give 'em a windlass and have them giving the old and slightly decrepit boaters a hand. We would appreciate that much more.
