Public invited to support Westminster event.

THE Fund Britain's Waterways are inviting the public to support its efforts at Westminster by gathering on Westminster Bridge as its flotilla arrives.

This will comprise of boats holding a demonstration outside the Houses of Parliament to support more funding for the waterways.

Witness the event

The flotilla is expected to arrive at 12:15pm with people able to witness the event from Westminster Bridge.

This will take place today, Wednesday 8th May, with the flotilla holding on the river, sounding their horns, in an effort to advertise the campaign to both the public and importantly the people who make the decisions.

This is the culmination of events given by Fund Britain's Waterways over the last few days.
