A reaction at last to our letter. However Bill Gill does not say what answer he got from CART to the 14 day mooring question.
We agree wholeheartedly with the proposition of extra cost to the licence of continuous cruisers, who use the locks if they ever move, and the facilities, far more than we do.
The residents in the areas that the continuous moorers send their children to school also pay rates to the local council but do the boaters?
Does anyone know what proportion of our marina fees go to British Waterways? (Sorry CART).
