Having just read the words of Boris Johnson about the swimming ban in the Thames, I feel I must applaud his sentiments. It appears that it is just another case of those in authority making yet more RULES against freedom of choice!

It is a case of putting common sense (that rare commodity) 'in the bin'.  No doubt we could could produce a goodly list of BW doing the very same in the recent past.
