Not the way to behave

I too have had problems with canoeists on the Llangollen, where it seems they are being encouraged by Canal & River Trust, it building slipways for them.

I was approaching the aqueduct towards Llangollen after leaving the lift bridge when two lads in canoes passed me, but not sensibly one after the other, but both together on each side of my narrowboat.

I caught them up on the aqueduct, and it was obvious they were going as slow as possible, as I had to keep going out of gear, and even reversing a couple of times to prevent hitting them, then at the end they laughed at me giving me 'the finger', and then went back of the aqueduct at a cracking speed.  Not the way to behave.
