THE 'Bloody Steps' by the Trent & Mersey Canal at Rugeley have become a run-down eyesore attracting antisocial behaviour according to a local group.

The footpath is a link between the road and the towpath, named the 'Bloody Steps' after Christina Collins was raped and murdered by three men with her body dragged up the steps.
