BW will be held to account

Thank you for including my item about legal action on the website. I really wanted to draw attention that it is BW and not the cyclists who will be held to account, writes Bob Evans.

The towpath situation has been notified to them (BW) on numerous occasions, and yet they do not take any steps whatsoever to address it and have in fact made it worse by adopting unapproved towpath widths and lack of marking to prevent collisions.

Encouraging reckless cycling

They are encouraging alleged reckless cycling and ignoring endangerment of the public and should be held accountable.

I urge anyone injured so far to contact legal (maybe no win no fee) advice.

Maybe being faced with the possibility of unlimited damages or corporate prosecution for injury, will make them come to their senses !

It's time for us, to talk tough !
