Gave more information

I HOPE you will not mind me referring to the article by David Hymers, asks Helen Cripps.

This is because over the years I have read many articles given out by Canal & River Trust about allowing the public to examine empty locks that are being repaired or having new gates fitted, but I had never read one of those articles that gave such information as that of David, as it told what it was all about.

Tells of the expertise

The ones from Canal & River Trust always tell of the expertise of the people doing the work and how it will benefit the waterways, never the most interesting detail that David gave.

Then of course we now have to suffer the 'wellbeing by water' that is the latest thing, anything in fact other than what the work is actually all about.
