A survey is needed

Regarding Kevin McNiff’s article, I don’t believe that withholding licence fees is the correct thing to do, writes Tug Wilson.

As CaRT will just persecute those who do with Section 8’s.

A better approach could be via a survey, publicised here, through the waterways press, and through canal societies and boat clubs to get the real feel from boaters.

This could then be presented to Richard Parry and Parliament if needs be.
