Visit the first Bostin Fittle Festival

THE  Dudley Canal Tunnel & Limestone Mines are inviting everyone to its first Bostin Fittle Festival.

The Bostin Fittle Festival is a mix between its beer festival and a new summer day event, and will be held on Saturday 30th June and Sunday 1st July.

Range of entertainment

The Festival will feature a range of entertainment, food, drink, community groups, contemporary dance, choirs, musical theatre and Morris dancing and more, with something for everyone across the weekend.

The weekend will also play host to the Trust’s very popular annual real ale and cider festival. This year the Gongoozler will be home to a range of real ales, ciders and fruit wines from the local area and beyond. Food fans can enjoy a special Black Country themed menu in the Gongoozler, which will be open until 10pm on Friday 29th and Saturday 30th June as part of the festivities, with Traci Dix-Williams, Chief Executive of Dudley Canal & Tunnel Trust, promising:

“The Festival is shaping up to be an exciting weekend. There’s so much on offer that there really is something for everyone.

Businesses and charities will feature

Local crafts people, businesses and charities will feature too, with a range of changing showcase stalls across the weekend.

Admission to the event is free and no tickets are required. Visitors can drop in any time between 10am and 5pm on Saturday and Sunday for the community festival, and any time between 5pm and 10pm Friday and Saturday, 12pm and 5pm Sunday for the real ale event.
