Yet another stoppage excuse from CaRT

OVER the past few months we have witnessed a plethora of excuses from Canal & River Trust for stoppages, but they keep coming!

But even this, whatever it means, is better than no information, that is what we are getting—or should that be not getting—about the closure of the Macclesfield Canal, as there is no information whatsoever why it is closed or when it could be open, with boats piling up at both sides.
