Glad she gave up boating

Having just read about the new rules re spaces in between moored boats for fishing, it’s another reason I am so glad I gave up boating.

With the mad towpath cyclists, (who pay nothing towards CART) and now it seems anglers are being given the right to fish on mooring spots, even expecting boaters to move for them, why are boaters paying exorbitant licence fees every year, and a fishing licence is £18 per year. Or not much more.
