I wonder if Canal & River Trust first contacted the Mayor of London before it released its new London Mooring Strategy?

As the mayor has plans to strictly limit the emissions from boats in his capital, it seems not, as these plans will turn the strategy on its head, as it is certain that most boats, with no concern whatsoever for emissions from either engines or stoves, will fail.

If the mayor gets his way, and he usually does, it will all to be to all for nought.
