Here we go again

A MAN falls into the Sheffield waterway after a night out, and once again comes calls for it to be fenced off.

Alex Wilson's body was found in the water at Victoria Quays at the terminus of the Sheffield & South Yorkshire Navigation, after he went missing after a night out around the pubs.

Lack of fencing blamed

Once again the lack of fencing is blamed, with his three sisters wanting fencing and even a locked gate to prevent anyone else falling into the water.

The 19 years old man drowned in the quay after a 'night out' with friends, walking home by the water, with the inquest discovering he was under the influence of drink, so now come the usual call for more for safety improvements to prevent further deaths.

Yet the notice says it all.
